Our promise
Our opinions aren't for sale.
The long version of the promise on our home page: who we are, what we've been offered, what we've turned down, and the one thing we will never do.
Who's behind this
Two day jobs and a passion that got out of hand.
We both have proper, full-time jobs, and there's more about us on the About page. We make all of this ourselves, from the filming to this website.
We build the thing we wished existed when we started riding: somewhere that tells you what actually happened, from someone your size.
The offers
We get asked.
Even though the channel is tiny, the offers started coming: affiliate links, and reviews of things we don't use or have never heard of.
To date, we've said no to all of them, and the rule behind every answer is the same: if we don't use it or believe in it, we won't do it. It doesn't matter what's on the table.
We will never sell out. That's a promise to everyone who watches and reads, and a reminder to ourselves to stay accountable to the people who support us. If the price of a deal is our honesty, the answer is no. Every time.
Never say never
Partnerships aren't off the table.
We're not going to pretend we'll never work with anyone. If a brand makes something we already use and rate, and they want to work with us, we'd happily talk. If that means money off for you, even better.
If we're sent kit, we'll tell you what it was and who it came from. Then we'll review it exactly the way we review everything else: what fitted, what didn't, and what we really thought. Potty mouths and all.
Free kit doesn't buy a good review. If it's rubbish, we'll say so. If it doesn't fit a 5ft rider, you'll hear about it.
In short
Our promise.
- We only put our name to things we use or believe in.
- We don't sell reviews or recommendations. Our opinions aren't for sale.
- If anything is sent to us, paid for, or part of a partnership, you'll know what it was and who it came from.
Think we've broken it? Tell us, and if we have, we'll put it right.
